Before coming on board with Restaurant Petrus, Chef Ricardo worked for Michelin two-starred French restaurant, Mirazur, France; Le Gourmet at the Intercontinental Tamanaco Caracas, Venezuela as well as Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta, Spain. Through the guidance of reputed mentors, Chef Ricardo developed his own style in classic French fare with a modern twist, a treat for those who appreciate the finer things in life.
